Credit Cards
We accept all the usual cards Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Eftpos. Also note that there are no surcharges for credit card transactions.
HICAPS & Health Funds
HICAPS is a convenient simple way to directly claim your health fund rebate meaning you only need pay “gap payment” applicable. Approximately 98% of funds use HICAPS to check your health fund go to:

HCF is a “not for profit” health insurer who have put together the “more for teeth” program. This program provides their members with excellent preventive care rebates and options. At DentCo Dental we are proud to participate in this program.
Choosing a Health Fund?
There is no right or wrong health fund! Still be sure to choose a fund that suits your need and philosophy. For instance many for-profit health funds have greater administration cost and a high focus on profit for their shareholders. This will affect the rebates extended to you as the customer.
Additionally private insurance gives you the right to choose your health care professional don’t let that right be taken away. Why should you receive fewer rebates because your dentist is not a preferred provider? Especially if you could be paying the same money for a policy with a fund that does respect your right to choose.
Payment Plans
We can’t say it enough practical is a big part of our motto. We have selected Denticare Payment Plans to provide and manage payment plans for our clients. Denticare Payment Plans offer interest-free payment plans with simple terms:
CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Schedule)
This government funded program allows for eligible children and teenagers aged between 2 and 17 years to receive dental treatment up to the value of $1000 over a two year period. At DentCo Dental we have elected to complete treatments under this program on a Bulk Billing Terms.
To qualify for bulk billing you must supply your Medicare card details when making your booking. We will conduct and eligibility check with Medicare to confirm your child qualifies for this program prior to your appointment.
Treatments covered under this arrangement include:
DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs)
For Veterans Affairs Gold card holders you will be seen at our practice with no cost to you. Please provide us with your Gold card number when booking your appointment.
